Filling an Order
Filling an order is easy. Our "Custom Quote" page allows you to upload your list directly to us, and right away, one of our agents will get back to you quickly with a quote. We have the best top quality cameras and studio equipment at some of the best prices in town. And we have very aggressive discounts. Have a specific budget in mind? Let us know what you need. We want to work with you. The longer your rental, the bigger your discount. Let us put together a quote for you. And we will make sure you are taken care of.
Check-out & Returns
Equipment pick-ups are scheduled between 2 pm - 6 pm on the business day before your shoot. Equipment returns are scheduled between 9 am - 11:30 am on the business day after your shoot. Early pick-ups or late returns are subject to an additional charge unless special arrangements are made with advance notice.
GQC offers delivery and/or pickup services for a small fee, based on your location, should you desire. GQC also can ship your equipment to anywhere in the Continental U.S. Equipment that needs to be shipped out-of-town will be billed at a two-day minimum, with the rental beginning the day after shipment and continuing until the equipment is returned. We reserve the right to charge for a “cleaning fee” should equipment come back not in reasonable rentable condition.
All Customers must provide valid and confirmed Certificate of active Insurance coverage: Naming GQC as Loss Payee / Additional Insured for rented equipment. Security deposit required for amount of Insurance deductable. First time customers are always COD. Return customers have the option to setup a Net-30 credit account.
Credit Card Policy
2.9% processing fee for credit card purchases. (No charge for security deposit / Pre-Auth)
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. We offer 24-hour emergency support.
